If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using our services by deleting your account. Continuing to use Fame11 after amendments indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

Fame11 strives to provide accurate, reliable information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any information on our website or within our documents. All content is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Fame11 disclaims responsibility for interruptions, bugs, or any errors in our software, website, or games, and reserves the right to limit or terminate your account if any issues are caused intentionally by the user. Fame11 is not responsible for potential winnings in unfinished games or tournaments.

Use of Software

Our software is strictly for personal use, and commercial use is prohibited. Users may not modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the software. Actions in Fantasy Cricket games must be conducted by the user through Fame11’s interface. Use of artificial intelligence or automation in games is prohibited.

Your Password, Your Responsibility

Your password is solely your responsibility; Fame11 is not liable for unauthorized access due to shared or compromised passwords.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction Policy

Fame11 contests are open only to persons aged 18 or older, residing in India, except for residents of certain states where participation in paid contests is restricted by law. Currently, residents of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim are not eligible for paid contests. Users must register with a valid email address to participate.

Breach and Consequences

If Fame11 finds evidence of breach of its Terms of Service, actions may include:

• Restricting games between users suspected of collusion or cheating.
• Freezing your account permanently.
• Confiscating funds in your account.
• Seeking damages or pursuing civil action if warranted.
• Banning future registration if a material breach occurs.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Indian law, and disputes will be handled under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Fame11 website, including graphics, text, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Fame11 is not responsible for third-party content accessed through hyperlinks on our platform. Any reliance on third-party content is at your own risk.

Contest Formats

Fame11 provides two contest formats:

• Public Contests: Open participation with options for different participant counts. If the required number of participants is not met, fees will be refunded.
• Private Contests: Users can create private contests and invite specific participants. If a private contest does not reach the required participant count, users may choose to convert it into a public contest.

Indemnity

By using Fame11, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including any unauthorized access or technical failures.

GST Deduction Policy

A 28% GST deduction applies on account deposits, credited back as discount points usable for games on Fame11.

Wallet Top-Up and Withdrawals

• Non-KYC Users: Can add a minimum of INR 1 to a maximum of INR 10,000 at a time with a 10-minute gap between transactions.
• KYC Users: Minimum add of INR 1 and a maximum of INR 999,999 without transaction gaps.

Withdrawal Limits

• Normal Withdrawals: Available only for fully verified KYC users with a minimum withdrawal of INR 100 and a maximum of INR 200,000 in a single day.
• Normal Withdrawals: Available only for fully verified KYC users with a minimum withdrawal of INR 100 and a maximum of INR 200,000 in a single day.

Refund Policy

All deposits and fees on Fame11 are final, though transaction errors may be reviewed within three working days from the date of the transaction. Refunds, if approved, are processed within seven working days.

Legality

Fame11 adheres to Indian laws regarding games of skill, which are exempt from gambling restrictions. Success on Fame11 is based on user knowledge and skill in cricket.

Bonuses and Promotions

Fame11 offers bonuses, including Instant and Referral Bonuses, which are subject to specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and may only be used for contest entry fees.
